By accessing our website, booking a transfer, or using our transport services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All reservations must be made through our official channels (website, email, or telephone). You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including flight numbers, pickup times, dates, and passenger counts.
Cancellations must be notified in advance through our contact channels. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled pickup time as stated in our policy at the time of booking.
Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Our drivers will wait for a reasonable period, but failure to show up without prior notice may result in a no-show charge.
Passengers are allowed a standard amount of baggage. Any excess luggage or oversized items must be declared during booking. JS-Minibus Transfer is not responsible for personal items left behind in the vehicle.
We reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is unruly, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers. Smoking and consuming open alcohol inside the vehicles are strictly prohibited.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
